Rahim has spent over two decades in hospital pharmacy. Early on, he took a position in oncology and it completely changed his trajectory. Seeing firsthand the impact pharmacists have in oncology—helping patients navigate complex treatments and access life-saving care—lit a fire in him.

Rahim has always had a drive to improve pharmacy systems, which led him to pursue a master’s in health administration.

Now, with Northwest Telepharmacy Solutions, he is thrilled to help rural hospitals without on-site pharmacists safely prepare chemotherapy—ensuring patients can receive treatment closer to home instead of traveling long distances; and working as a consultant to optimize inpatient pharmacy workflows using data and best practices.

When not working, you’ll find Rahim on the road—literally! An avid cyclist and golfer. Exploring new routes, hitting the greens, and making the most of every sunny day is his way of recharging.
