Think of it an in depth  medication tune up, where we look at all your medications, including vitamins, herbals and social agents together to make sure everything is safe, helpful, and tailored just for you. 

This review is especially helpful if:

What Happens During the Review? 

In your medication review, your pharmacist will: 

Go over all your medications — prescription, over-the-counter, vitamins, and supplements 
Check for safety issues, such as harmful interactions, pharmacogenomic risk areas,  or unnecessary duplicates 
Look for ways to simplify your medication routine, if possible 
Listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and explain things in a clear, kind way
