Joel has been a pharmacist for over 35 years and has worked in retail and hospital pharmacy since 1983 in all capacities. He has served as a scientist, professor of medicine, diplomat and has been the Canadian Section Chief for Medical Bioethics to UNESCO. He started working with Northwest in 2013 and joined the administration team in 2022.
